Mobile Solar Power Trailer

Seasonal Agricultural Mobile Solar: Power That Follows the Harvest

Irrigation seasons, packing peaks and temporary harvest camps need megawatts that arrive after planting decisions and leave before the lease or crop cycle ends — without stranded civil solar.

Agriculture’s Timing Problem

USP&E delivers hybrid thermal–solar–storage under Extreme Ownership: Powering Projects / Reliability / Possibility. Single contract, single team — see power plant EPC projects.

Loads That Dominate Seasonal Pads

  • Irrigation pumps and pivot drives with diurnal peaks
  • Cold stores and packing lines during harvest windows
  • Temporary worker camps — accommodation, water, telecom
  • Workshops and fuel depots supporting fleets

Engineering Sequence for a Harvest Season

  1. Calendar truth: pump months, packing weeks, demobilisation date.
  2. Load truth: irrigation peaks vs night camp floors.
  3. Resource truth: season irradiance and storm risk; yields in engineering studies only.
  4. Trailer layout: field access, mud season roads, glare near roads.
  5. Firming: storage for short gaps; inventory gensets for endurance — genset night backup.
  6. O&M: local operators trained before peak week — O&M.

Commercial Models

  • Seasonal mobilisation / demobilisation under USP&E EPC
  • Multi-season fleet O&M with SmartPower and UpKeep
  • Shared trailer pools across neighbouring farms under clear metering
  • Graduation to permanent hybrid when land tenure justifies — gas turbine power stations

Multi-Farm Fleet Logistics

Some operators rotate a trailer fleet across neighbouring leases. That model needs clear metering, transport windows, and O&M who owns which failure. USP&E can structure fleet EPC and O&M so Extreme Ownership covers the rotation, not only a single pad. Inventory gensets that travel with the fleet still source from SEARCH INVENTORY — live 3,000+ MW hub .

Telecom nodes on agri compounds sometimes share power — see trailer solar for telecom sites for SLA differences.

Common questions

Can trailers power irrigation alone?

Daytime often with storage for short gaps; night irrigation and multi-hour deficits usually need genset firming. Exact autonomy is contract-specific.

Do you publish agri hybrid LCOE or CF%?

No. LCOE, CF% and PV efficiency % are refused on this education page.

What about multi-year land tenure?

Long tenure may justify civil-fix PV. Trailer hybrids still win when leases, crop rotation or capital timing demand demobilisation.
